Job Responsibility

  • Define and lead the strategic direction and target architecture for the Centres IT landscape
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy, digital roadmap, and architecture direction
  • Lead and coach leaders and co-workers within the architecture area, building strong capabilities and ways of working
  • Drive architecture principles, standards, and governance, including security and compliance
  • Support teams in designing and evolving solutions, reducing technical debt and increasing scalability
  • Ensure integration, API, and data architecture enable end-to-end business processes
  • Stay close to industry trends and continuously evolve practices, including cloud and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate across teams to remove dependencies and enable smooth delivery

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within technology architecture and leadership (7–10+ years)
  • Several years of people leadership experience, with a strong focus on coaching and developing others
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture, including systems, platforms, integrations, and information security
  • Experience working in complex, international environments with multiple stakeholders
  • A proven ability to connect business strategy, operating models, and technology direction
  • A passion for simplifying complexity and driving structured, effective ways of working
  • Motivation to lead through people, develop capabilities, and continuously improve
