Job Description:

The Architecture Lead Analyst is a strategic professional responsible for executing the architectural vision for IT systems through major, complex IT architecture projects in the financial and banking sector. The role involves developing technology road maps, ensuring compliance with enterprise blueprints, and translating business problems into technical solutions. Expertise in frameworks like TOGAF, banking applications, and system integration is essential.

Job Responsibility:

execute the architectural vision for all IT systems through major, complex IT architecture projects
ensure architecture conforms to enterprise blueprints
develop technology road maps and recommend business directions based on emerging technologies
provide technical leadership and develop components of, or overall system design
translate complex business problems into sound technical solutions
apply hardware engineering and software design theories and principles
provide integrated systems planning and recommend innovative technologies to enhance the current system
recommend appropriate desktop, computer platform, and communication links
act as an advisor or mentor to junior team members
guide, influence, and persuade with developed communication and diplomacy skills
assess risk and demonstrate compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations

Requirements:

6-10 years relevant experience
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
management and prioritization skills
ability to develop working relationships
ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities
ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
methodical, attention to detail
experience in financial banking ecosystems, preferably in payment services and credit products
certification as an enterprise architect is preferred
teamwork skills
results-oriented
proactive behavior
architecture experience in credit origination areas, checking accounts, SPEI, and SPID
knowledge of TOGAF and BIAN frameworks
expertise in banking sector applications
design of architectures for bank applications
experience with PTS and Features for account origination, loans, credit cards, etc.
background in application development
knowledge in core systems integration
degree in Computer Engineering, Systems, Computer Science, or related technology field
advanced English proficiency

Nice to have:

certification as an enterprise architect
experience in financial banking ecosystems, preferably in payment services and credit products
advanced English proficiency
