Architecture Lead Analyst

• Lead architecture and engineering activities including establishing process, governance, and controls
• Serve as technology subject matter expert for stakeholders
• Develop key control requirements for automation
• Define and maintain processes and controls addressing regulatory requirements
• Define methodologies to categorize application portfolio
• Develop automated controls ensuring integration meets business goals
• Own governance areas concerning technical debt
• Conduct and facilitate key forums and working groups
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with regulations
• Engage with management on architecture and control matters
• Gather, compile and analyze data for control analysis
• Establish key performance indicator levels and Key Risk Indicators
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Partner with teams for seamless implementation

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in an Architect or Engineering role
• Experience in governance and controls
• Experience working in Financial Services or large complex/global environment
• Proven ability to develop efficient and effective processes
• Experience with IT governance processes and controls
• Comprehensive knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking activities
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and software engineering concepts
• Ability to facilitate and drive cross functional forums and working groups
• Ability to monitor effectiveness of processes and report to all levels of management
• Experience maintaining regular governance forums
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and partner with virtual teams
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership
• Proven track record of operational process change and improvement
• Familiarity with tools like Atlassian JIRA and Confluence desired
