Job Description:

A highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in building and architecting enterprise-level applications. Demonstrated mastery of both frontend and backend technologies, especially within Windows environments, and proficiency in React, JavaScript, .NET Core, and MSSaS. Adept at designing scalable systems, mentoring teams, and driving technology strategy across complex, distributed systems.

Job Responsibility:

architect, design, and develop scalable, high-performance full stack solutions using .NET Core and React
lead the development and design of microservices-based architectures (MASA), ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability
implement and oversee cloud-based or hybrid infrastructure solutions on Windows-based systems
drive adoption of engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, code reviews, DevOps pipelines)
collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and QA engineers
mentor junior developers and participate in technical leadership and architectural decision-making
conduct performance tuning, security reviews, and ensure system reliability in production environments
own technical documentation and promote architectural consistency across applications
appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made

Requirements:

6-10 years relevant experience
consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
management and prioritization skills
ability to develop working relationships
ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities
ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
methodical, attention to detail

Nice to have:

Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, .NET Developer)
