Professional Degree (B. Arch or M. Arch)
7+ years of work experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel periodically for projects outside the New York area
Ability to work in a collaborative, design focused open environment
Experience in training and guiding junior staff on the design process

Job Responsibility

Be involved in all phases of design from conceptual work through construction administration - working and contributing to the design team through the lens of interiors
Take a lead role in selecting interior materials, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and lighting

Liaison with external contractors, including mechanical and structural consultants, on matters of interior architecture
