The selected candidate will play a role in supporting the business development team, identifying and managing tender and competition opportunities aligned with the firm’s market positioning strategy. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Tender Management: Research, analyze, and assess public tenders and private bidding opportunities aligned with company strategy, ensuring compliance with procurement regulations (e.g., D.lgs. 36/2023)
  • Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and manage all administrative and legal documentation required for tenders (ANAC, FVOE, DGUE), ensuring eligibility and adherence to deadlines
  • Proposal Development: Coordinate internal inputs (design, PM, legal, finance) and draft tender documentation in collaboration with the Head of Sales and relevant managers
  • Submission & Monitoring: Ensure timely submission of complete proposals according to required formats and maintain strict compliance with schedules set by tender authorities
  • Prequalification & Partner Coordination: Complete RFQ/PQQ forms and manage documentation with partners or consultants involved in bids
  • Business Development Support: Conduct market research, monitor strategic sectors, and assist in lead generation processes, CRM maintenance, and client pipeline tracking
  • Commercial Materials & Offers: Prepare capability statements, company profiles, presentations, and assist in creating commercial offers, fee proposals, and contractual documentation
  • Reporting & Knowledge Management: Contribute to internal reporting, performance analysis, and maintain an organized archive of tender and prequalification documents

Requirements:

  • Degree in Architecture, Law, Economics, or related fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within architectural or engineering firms, or companies managing complex bids
  • Previous experience in the field of architecture in business development or tender management
  • Proven ability to manage the full tender process, from opportunity analysis to submission
  • Strong understanding of italian public procurement regulations and private bidding procedures
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • experience with tender platforms, document management tools and planning software (such as MS Project) is an advantage
  • English fluency is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • A strong inclination towards digitalization and proficiency with data and workflow tools is highly valued
