Job Description:

The Architecture App Support Analyst is a strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. This hybrid role focuses on supporting both business architecture and architecture governance functions, with a strategic emphasis on technical documentation and data organization.

Job Responsibility:

Develops technology road maps
Translates complex business problems into sound technical solutions
Provides integrated systems planning and recommends innovative technologies
Impacts the architecture function by influencing decisions
Identifies ways to maximize the potential of the applications used
Assess risk and impact of production issues
Participate in application releases
Engages in post implementation analysis
Identifies risks, vulnerabilities and security issues
Act as a liaison between users/traders, interfacing internal technology groups and vendors
Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at improving organizational structure and data quality
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation
Support and uphold the governance framework
Develop and refine process models and strategic roadmaps for core operations businesses

Requirements:

5-8 years relevant experience
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Advanced execution capabilities and ability to adjust quickly to changes and re-prioritization
Management and prioritization skills
Ability to manage multiple activities and changing priorities
Ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines
Good all-round technical skills
Self-starter with ability to take the initiative and master new tasks quickly
Methodical, attention to detail
Ability to plan and organize workload
TOGAF certification
Cloud certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience in United States financial industry
Experience with consumer banking operations-related applications or platforms
Proficiency in developing process models, roadmaps, and strategic architecture deliverables
Familiarity with business capability models and architecture governance frameworks/tools
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have:

TOGAF certification
Cloud certification (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Experience in United States financial industry
Experience with consumer banking operations-related applications or platforms
