Job Description

Within Bouygues Bâtiment International, we are looking for a CEA Cost Estimation Specialist to join the dedicated team of the Engineering Department and actively contribute to the design and pricing of Architectural Works packages for prestigious international projects (luxury hotels, international airports, hospitals, high-rise towers, stadiums, etc.).

Job Responsibility

  • In charge of interior finishing and building envelope packages for design-build projects or tender submissions
  • Develop a study strategy: quantity take-off and pricing approach
  • Participate in the design development phase for CEA packages alongside the architect and/or interior designer
  • Define the prices for CEA packages based on site feedback, local consultations, and price breakdowns
  • Propose technical, environmental, and economic optimizations while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
  • Draft technical documents supporting your study and tender submission and ensure operational handover to the construction teams
  • Share your knowledge and experience with various technical departments worldwide

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent university qualification
  • At least 8 years of experience in cost estimation or construction works related to CEA packages
  • Rigor, curiosity, reliability, proactivity
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Expertise in CEA techniques
  • Comfortable working with BIM models and cost breakdowns
  • Interest in new technologies
  • Fluency in English is essential
