Job Description:

Would you like to be part of an employee-owned, multi award-winning architecture practice whose desire is to make spaces and places that improve lives? We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Architectural Technologist to develop their careers within our friendly and dynamic team in our Plymouth studio. Working as an Architectural Technologist on UK and international projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out work on all stages of the architectural process from small scale to large scale international architectural projects
  • Responsible for the development of detailed works packages working either individually or as part of a larger team as required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years post qualification experience
  • Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology
  • Good technical skills
  • Working knowledge of Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team efficiently
  • Ability to clearly communicate design solutions to the internal and wider design team
  • Sound working knowledge of UK Planning, Building Regulations & CDM regulations
  • Comfortable with liaising with other members of the design team and clients
  • Capable of producing high quality material

Nice to have:

  • Experience of using Navisworks and/or Solibri
  • Experience in either Healthcare, Education and Defence sector
