Relevant Architectural and Design or HND/HNC Qualification
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate technical drawings
Strong organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work semi-remotely with occasional on-site visits to Bristol
Some background in practice
Proficiency with Revit software

Job Responsibility

Collaborate with the architectural team to create detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications for residential projects
Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and codes of practice throughout the design process
Undertake the preparation of construction drawings, detailing elements such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers, to achieve project objectives
Utilize Revit software extensively to model and produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings

Manage your own workload in addition to supervising others
Answer complex queries from a range of internal and external clients, this will include coordinating with other consultants
Reporting to the Regional director, you will manage a small team within the studio
Managing client relationship is a key aspect of this role
Becoming involved at any stage of the process and being able to effectively input with minimal briefing
Running multiple or complex projects start to finish, to satisfaction of client, in profit and on time
Taking the lead role in taking a project brief, developing initial proposals detail design (in conjunction with a small team)
