Job Responsibility

Prepare, review, and revise lighting shop drawings, single-line diagrams, lighting layouts, and BOQs
Ensure all drawings and documents comply with project specifications, codes, and standards
Coordinate with the design team for lighting calculations (e.g., Dialux/Relux) and photometric analysis
Prepare technical submittals for lighting fixtures and control systems
Review supplier quotations and ensure technical compliance with project requirements
Coordinate with the procurement team for material ordering and delivery schedules
Liaise between design, construction, and procurement departments to ensure seamless project execution
Respond to RFIs, site queries, and client/consultant comments on technical submissions
Attend coordination meetings to resolve technical issues and ensure project timelines are met
Ensure all lighting systems comply with relevant standards (e.g., IEC, EN, NFPA, LEED, etc.)
