Requirements

Strong leadership and management skills with a deep understanding of mechanical systems
Excellent technical and management abilities with the capacity to manage costs and schedules effectively
Superior client relations skills with a proven track record in maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of safety requirements and the ability to motivate a diverse, multinational workforce
Minimum high school diploma/GED with 15 years of construction management experience
or a four-year degree in building science, construction management, or engineering, along with 10 years of experience, is preferred
Prior OCONUS experience is highly preferred
Minimum of a secret security clearance is required

Job Responsibility

Collaborate with project superintendent and project manager to develop and finalize operational plans, job layouts, and schedules
Oversee the daily activities of crafts and subcontractors in the field, delegating tasks through foremen and subcontractor representatives
Ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, and deadlines through regular communication with project staff
Review job plans, specifications, budgets, and estimates to confirm understanding of manpower needs and material deliveries
Participate in weekly progress meetings and assist in resolving any construction-related issues or challenges that arise during the project
