We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years in residential and/or hospitality architecture to lead projects from concept through completion. This role will report directly to studio leadership and oversee Intermediate and Junior Designers, ensuring design excellence and project efficiency across all phases.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage high-end residential and hospitality projects with demonstrated experience across all phases
  • Understand client needs and user experience to develop design concepts and establish final project briefs
  • Demonstrates expertise and confidence in engaging with high-profile clients, consultants, and contractors across all stages of project development
  • Leads the creation and evaluation of design and construction documentation
  • Oversees the full lifecycle of the design and documentation process, from concept through completion
  • Crafts and delivers compelling presentations tailored to client needs and expectations
  • Translates design ideas into detailed models and high-quality renderings
  • Provides mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and skill development

Requirements:

  • Professional Degree (B. Arch or M. Arch)
  • 7+ years of work experience in the Architecture/Interior Design industry, particularly in high-end residential or hospitality design
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to travel periodically for projects outside the New York area
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, design focused open environment
  • Experience in training and guiding junior staff on the design process
