Architectural Project Manager

This position is currently available in our West Palm Beach office. We are looking for an ambitious, talented, and self-motivated individual to join the Hart Howerton team. Ideally with experience designing custom single-family homes in the Southeastern United States or comparable markets, with supporting experience managing, designing, and building mixed-use and hospitality projects in the US and abroad. Forward-thinking candidates who demonstrate applied experience leading collaborative design should apply. Duties include organizing a project workflow; structuring proposals and fees; managing the internal and consultant team; managing the production and coordination of project presentations, design, and working drawings; maintaining direct contact with consultants and, with the oversight of a project’s senior team members, direct contact with clients; and supporting the growth of the West Palm Beach office.
