Job Description:

TCA Architects specializes in the design of high density multi-family housing, mixed-use and hospitality developments. The firm's collaborative approach results in award-winning, sustainable projects that respect communities and the environment. TCA is looking for an Intermediate Designer who is passionate about design and takes pride in finding unique solutions to sometimes difficult urban sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Use design skills to turn ideas into reality
  • Generate concept sketches for multi-family, hospitality, and mixed-use design in a fast paced environment
  • Express design thinking clearly and concisely to firm leaders, colleagues, and clients

Requirements:

  • Strong design and form-giving skills required
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in architecture, ideally with 2-3 years in multi-family design
  • Proficient in Sketch-Up, Revit and Adobe Suite
  • Ability to create architectural designs and concepts through hand sketching and drafting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship
  • Bachelors in Architecture required
