Are you a specialist ready to shape the physical footprint of one of Greece’s largest and most recognizable retail networks? A leading organization in the entertainment and gaming sector, managing a vast network of stores across the country is looking for an experienced Architectural Engineer to join their Stores Design & Development team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and technical compliance, ensuring the stores not only look exceptional during the rebranding phase but also meet every regulatory standard.

Job Responsibility

  • Creating project designs from concept to construction using design software, including store facades, sections, and floor plans
  • Supporting the implementation of the network's rebranding project
  • Managing projects from start to finish and delivering practical architectural solutions
  • Reviewing and improving design proposals for quality and consistency
  • Preparing technical specs in line with Greek building laws and standards, ensuring strict adherence to Urban Planning Legislation and the Building Regulation (NOK/GOK)
  • Managing property legality checks, handling settlements, and issuing the Electronic Building Identity for the network
  • Working with authorities and handling required technical documents
  • Preparing high-quality presentations using PowerPoint to communicate concepts to internal stakeholders
  • Coordinating closely with team members to keep projects on track
  • Visiting sites when needed to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Requirements

  • BSc in Architecture Civil, or Survey Engineering
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Previous proven experience within the retail sector or design management
  • Strong understanding of architectural design and the related legal framework, specifically NOK/GOK and urban planning legislation
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Greek and English language
  • Willingness to travel
  • valid Category B driving license required

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of Electrical-Mechanical (E/M) design
  • Experience with 3D rendering tools and visualization techniques (knowledge of SketchUp is considered a strong plus)
