CRSA is seeking an Architectural Associate II to join our team in Salt Lake City. This role is ideal for an architectural professional with 3–5 years of experience who is ready to take ownership of documentation, coordination, and project delivery support while working under the oversight of a Licensed Architect.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead production and coordination of drawing sets as a Job Captain
  • Support Project Managers and Project Architects with schedules, deliverables, and team coordination
  • Assist with design development, technical documentation, and consultant integration
  • Support permitting responses, RFIs, submittals, and construction administration efforts
  • Mentor junior staff and help maintain documentation quality and standards

Requirements

  • Professional Architecture Degree (accredited)
  • 3–5 years of related architectural experience
  • Job Captain experience and strong documentation coordination skills
  • Project Management experience supporting scope, schedule, and deliverables
  • Revit proficiency and strong communication/organization skills preferred
