Architect

• Leading the projects and cooperating with stakeholders
• Developing exterior and interior design guidelines for brand according to technological standards, construction law, and technical standards of the restaurant sector
• Preparing exterior and interior designs of restaurants according to internal standards for the PH brand
• Coordinating and communicates the design process with other internal departments and stakeholders
• Cooperating with local architects in reference to the design process of the particular restaurants
• Monitoring and supporting the process of design implementation into realization with the cooperation of the Construction Project Manager

• Architecture degree from a technical university
• Min. 2+ years of experience in the field
• Very good AutoCAD, SketchUp & MS Office skills
• Good knowledge of English is a must
• Knowledge of standards and norms of construction law
• High level of planning and organizational skills
• Detail orientation and creativeness
• Ability to work in an international, fast-changing environment

Experience and knowledge of the foodservice sector will be an advantage
