Architect

M3 Engineering & Technology is seeking an Architect to join our Tucson-based General Arrangement (GA) team. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, design, and development of large-scale industrial and mining facilities around the world. Working within highly collaborative, multidisciplinary project teams, you will help transform complex operational requirements into practical, innovative, and constructible facility designs. The successful candidate will utilize BIM and 3D modeling tools, including Revit and AutoCAD, to develop buildings, structures, and site layouts from early concept studies through detailed design and construction. Depending on experience and project needs, this role offers opportunities to serve as both a key design contributor and a project design lead, coordinating with clients and engineering disciplines throughout the project lifecycle. This position is ideal for architects who enjoy solving complex industrial design challenges, collaborating across disciplines, and seeing their work progress from concept to construction on some of the industry’s most significant projects.
