Architect

We are seeking a design conscious Commercial Architect with strong front end concept design skills to join our existing, close knit team. We are searching for professionals who can manage their own workload effectively to deliver project work to a high standard. You will be responsible for producing design concepts that can be translated into detailed technical designs that support the construction process, while working collaboratively as part of a flexible and solutions-focused team. You will apply strong design expertise to ensure accuracy and consistency across projects, delivering excellent client service. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, as well as supporting the effective management of resources and people. A solid understanding of building regulations and experience with different forms of building contracts (including Design & Build, Construction Management, and Traditional) is essential. You should be adaptable and able to respond positively to changes in project scope, timelines, or responsibilities, while maintaining efficiency under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
