Architect

• Managing and collaborating with the design team to develop creative design solutions
• Produce design drawings, construction documents, presentation materials, and physical or digital models
• Conduct design analyses, including daylighting studies, shadow studies, and parti diagrams
• Develop and confirm compliance with building codes, ADA regulations, and other requirements
• Document site visits and participate in construction administration activities
• Mentor entry-level team members, fostering their growth and ensuring quality in their work
• Contribute to office-wide initiatives and actively participate in project meetings and presentations, occasionally leading select meetings

• A professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution
• Experience managing project teams and client relationships
• Skills in Revit, 3D modeling tools (SketchUp, Rhino), rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, D5), and Adobe Creative Suite
• Work and/or residency permits for eligibility
