Architect

• Use your design skills on a variety of exciting projects within a diverse and growing team
• Work with senior designers and technical team members to deliver your designs and progress your skills and career

• Educated to at least RIBA Part 3 level
• Have experience in design and delivery of live projects
• Good interpersonal skills to include an understanding of the sensitivities required when communicating with and presenting to clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to balance workload as the role may require you to focus on more than one project at a time
• Strong Revit skills would be an advantage
• Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
• Demonstrable experience of collating and organising design submissions, technical information, preparing drawings, plans and documents and report/spec writing
• A desire to create and deliver great buildings and places for people to inhabit
• Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience, working in a high-quality design and delivery focused practice
• Experience of leading projects, and of all project stages from concept to delivery
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment – building rapport and creating positive relationships
• Excellent drawing and presentation skills and the ability to explain a design idea and the evolution of a concept
• Ability to provide professional guidance to design and construction teams
