Job Description:

Architect to support our Sports + Recreation Business Unit. You will be an ISG Employee Owner working collaboratively with your fellow employee owners to develop creative solutions. You will jump in headfirst on a broad range of sports-related work, including collaboration between diverse design teams, clients, and stakeholders serving collegiate athletics, collegiate recreation, community recreation, and more, nationwide. You will work closely with Jeremy Wiesen, AIA, Architecture Group Leader and Amanda Prosser, PLA, Vice President and Sports + Recreation Business Unit Leader. You will also collaborate with ISG internal resources for design and project collaboration, project execution, code review and evaluations, specification writers, visualization specialists, and construction administrators.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work interactively with clients, other design professionals and the public in a creative environment on a broad range of unique sports-focused projects
  • Work directly with clients in all phases of design process to construction, including master planning, documentation, funding development, programming, and presenting
  • Communicate project goals, objectives, design standards and procedures with project managers and multi-discipline team
  • Serve as a mentor and build the team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree from an accredited architecture program
  • Licensed to practice architecture
  • Ability to connect and promote ISG’s solutions to clients
  • Ability to communicate ideas empathetically and visually through both written and verbal communications
  • Ability to represent ISG and clients in public forums
  • Familiarity in Revit, Adobe Suite and Sketchup computer software packages
  • Submit your design portfolio with your resume

  • Ensure that support from First Nations is a key component of every planning project conducted on Crown land
