Job Responsibility:

  • Work on project design teams
  • Work directly with clients
  • Prepare plans, details, and specifications
  • Review code requirements and write reports
  • Preparation of project proposals and presentations
  • Mentor less experienced staff.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Architectural studies
  • Minimum of 3 years of design experience
  • Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam is highly preferred
  • Experience in the design of industrial or industrial-like building projects is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are crucial.
