Job Responsibility

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP FICO solutions tailored to business needs
  • Integrate FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and WM
  • Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
  • Identify process improvements and automation opportunities
  • Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, FSCM, Banking, COPA, etc)
  • Customize functionalities using user exits, BADIs, and enhancement points
  • Lead SAP FICO implementation or upgrade projects
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Guide junior consultants and provide training to end-users
  • Review deliverables and ensure adherence to best practices
  • Handle escalated support tickets and critical issues
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes
  • Maintain system documentation, functional specs, and test cases
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or any other related discipline or equivalent related experience
  • Relevant degree (Bachelor/ Master’s degree)
  • SAP S/4 HANA Finance Certification (good to have)
  • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA FICO
  • Experience with Fiori apps, ABAP debugging, and integration tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with Agile or SAP Activate methodologies
