Job Responsibility:

  • Model-based cost planning and control across all project phases
  • Analysis of budget requirements and evaluation of projects during the conceptual phases
  • Preparation of master, monitoring and detailed schedules for all project phases in accordance with the HOAI
  • Development and definition of procurement strategies
  • Preparation and execution of tenders
  • Commercial and technical review and evaluation of bids
  • Involvement in tender and contract negotiations

Requirements:

  • Degree in architecture, civil engineering or industrial engineering with a specialisation in construction
  • Several years’ relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of cost planning and/or tendering and/or scheduling
  • Fluency in German, written and spoken
