Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Archaeology, or a related field and completion of an accredited archaeological field school
master’s degree in a related discipline required
3–10 years of professional archaeological field experience, preferably in California
Working knowledge of federal and California environmental and cultural resource regulations, including Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, NEPA, and CEQA
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, accurate documentation
