Job Responsibility

  • Maintaining and servicing a wide range of amusement and coin operated equipment
  • Repair and preventative maintenance of the full range of modern amusement equipment, including AWP’s, pushers, videos, redemption, cranes and ancillary equipment

Requirements

  • You must hold technical experience, repairing amusement equipment or similar is essential
  • Have a 'hands on' approach due to the nature of the role
  • Be reliable, have the ability to prioritize your work load and work under pressure
  • Have great communication skills and a forward thinker
  • Be an honest, reliable and responsible individual with strong work ethic
  • Must be over 18 years old due to the nature of the role within the business

  • Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of arcade equipment and specialized entertainment systems
  • Conduct preventative maintenance including calibrations, software updates, alignments, inspections, sensor cleaning, and operational testing
  • Perform routine quality assurance inspections to ensure all entertainment amenities meet Villatel's safety and guest experience standards
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of arcade equipment, replacement parts, tools, warranties, and technology-related supplies
