We are currently seeking reliable, safety-conscious individuals to join our field teams in contract roles. Whether you are a skilled Arborist or a passionate Parks & Gardens Maintenance professional, we have a place for you. Available Roles: 1. Qualified Arborists (Tree Crew) - The Work: Tree pruning, removals, canopy management, and wood chipping. The Requirements: Cert III in Arboriculture (minimum), experience with chainsaws and chippers, and a high level of comfort with heights/climbing or EWP operations. 2. Parks & Garden Maintenance (Grounds Crew) - The Work: High-profile mowing (ride-on and push), brush-cutting, mulching, hedging, and general site beautification. The Requirements: Proven experience in commercial gardening or landscaping, ability to operate power tools safely, and a strong eye for detail. What's in it for you? Qualifications: While Cert III in Horticulture or Arboriculture is highly regarded, we also value significant on-the-job experience. Tickets (Desirable): MR/HR Licence, ChemCert, Traffic Management, or EWP ticket.
