Are you a certified arborist with a passion for trees and a talent for building relationships? We’re seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Arborist Sales Representative to join our team. In this client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to expert, assessing trees, providing expert recommendations, and ensuring clients make informed decisions to protect and enhance their green assets.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform on-site tree and landscape assessments for residential and/or commercial clients
  • Develop and present comprehensive proposals for a full range of tree care, pruning, removal, and plant health care services
  • Ensure all recommendations and practices adhere to ANSI A300 pruning standards and best management practices
  • Collaborate with production crews to ensure seamless job execution and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and education
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements:

  • ISA Certified Arborist or MCA (Massachusetts Certified Arborist) is required
  • Strong knowledge of plant health care, tree biology, and common pests and diseases
  • Understanding of ANSI A300 pruning standards and industry safety practices
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sales or client service experience in arboriculture, landscaping, or a related field is a plus
