ISA Certified Arborist or MCA (Massachusetts Certified Arborist) is required
Strong knowledge of plant health care, tree biology, and common pests and diseases
Understanding of ANSI A300 pruning standards and industry safety practices
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Sales or client service experience in arboriculture, landscaping, or a related field is a plus

Job Responsibility

Perform on-site tree and landscape assessments for residential and/or commercial clients
Develop and present comprehensive proposals for a full range of tree care, pruning, removal, and plant health care services
Ensure all recommendations and practices adhere to ANSI A300 pruning standards and best management practices
Collaborate with production crews to ensure seamless job execution and client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and education
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
