As an Aras PLM Solution Architect, you will lead successful customer deployments of Aras Innovator solutions. Responsibilities include leading the technical implementation team during various project phases, developing solution architectures, and coaching team members. The role requires hands-on expertise with Aras Innovator, enterprise integrations, and technical leadership for project execution.

Job Responsibility:

  • Should be a single point of contact for a project involving the ARAS PLM platform on technical inputs
  • Facilitate workshops, develop solutions, and build consensus across all stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of technology aligned to business value
  • Work closely and collaboratively with stakeholders to understand and capture requirements and devise effective technical solutions
  • Develop conceptual solution architecture using a combination of standard and custom applications to produce end-to-end customer solution
  • Lead as well as support the development of requirements specifications, Use Cases, and functional specifications
  • Perform solution analysis and develop customer-facing proposals and contribute to the development of proposals/statements of work
  • Transform customer requirements into technical solutions through a thorough understanding of the Aras Innovator suite of tools
  • Lead or participate in the delivery of Proof-of-Concept engagements at key prospects
  • Provide input to the development team regarding methodology and tools
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to other team members as necessary
  • Assign tasks to project members and review the team’s work products to ensure that they are accurate and consistent
  • Supervise and manage technical teams that may be located either onsite or offshore
  • Should be technology agnostic and understand the emerging technologies and applicability around the Aras Innovator platform
  • Should be up to date on Aras Innovator solutions and be proactive in understanding customer’s business and suggest timely usage
  • Should be able to act as subject matter expert for the domain, processes, and methodology
  • Able to adapt to the latest technologies, frameworks, and tools quickly
  • Lead and Support in activities such as technical discovery, demos, proof of value, POC, presentation, sizing, and documentation of technical decision criteria
  • Drive the development team to use the latest and better technologies
  • Create and ensure best practices, standards, and documentation among development teams
  • Bring in Continuous Improvement using DevOps solutions
  • Lead and Participate in ongoing training programs and conduct training as needed

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Aras PLM Innovator performing configuration and customization, integrations at the enterprise level is strongly desired
  • Should be well versed with Aras Platform architecture and its majority of modules
  • Must be able to write clear, understandable Requirements, SOW, Specification documents, and Use Cases
  • Have a thorough understanding of large-scale enterprise application deployment methodologies with experience leading teams in an Agile / Scrum environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, fluent in English and should be able to handle discussions with stakeholders independently
  • Ability to work in teams, in a global environment, and manage multiple priorities and deliverables concurrently
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills with both internal individuals and external customers
  • Proven strong project management skills with accountability for end-to-end delivery
  • Strong planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Technically self-sufficient with data modelling techniques, SQL Server and Microsoft Office products
  • Installation and configuration of SQL Server, SQL Scripting (Transact SQL), SQL triggers, stored procedures, functions, etc.
  • Must be proficient with web programming languages such as: C# (.NET), JS, HTML, XML, XSL
  • Good experience with Web API Services: REST and SOAP
  • Experience in best practices and tools around CI/CD
  • Exposure to cloud Azure/AWS
  • Experience with data migration techniques from legacy systems
  • ARAS Innovator certification or related training
  • Experience with Agile methodologies for software development
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery
  • Experience working in industries such as manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, or electronics
  • Airbus experience
