The Food and Beverage Operation is responsible for the overall satisfaction of all Food and Beverage Outlets and ensure that service standards are met, delivery and service conform to all St. Regis Brand Standards and all Outlets are meeting or exceeding budgets as set.
Job Responsibility:
Arabic Coffee Man needs to have guest interaction and satisfaction
Being aware of important guests (VIP Reports, Corporate Guest Lists, etc.)
Sharing the knowledge within the team
Responsible to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby are refilled with dates and Arabic coffee
Making sure that during duty coffee and dates are always available
Serving Arabic coffee on a professional and traditional way
Being able to make Arabic coffee if required so
Overlooking the lobby area if guests wants to order or require any kind of assistance
If leaving lobby area, required to report it to Supervisor or a Manager at certain time
Taking care of the pantry / cleanliness / dates expiry / as well as juices, etc.
Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.
