Job Responsibility:

  • managing and motivating the team AR/OTC team
  • supervision of Accounts Receivables/Order to Cash process
  • looking for process improvements in local business and the process
  • creation and regular update of procedures and manuals
  • coordination of daily AR/OTC processes
  • coordination of month-end close process in line with global requirements and deadlines
  • preparation of reports and ad hoc analysis

  • maintaining constant contact with other finance teams

Requirements:

  • master’s degree in Finance and Accounting or Economic background
  • professional experience in finance or accounting in a global company- SSC/BPO structures preferred
  • minimum 1-2 years of experience in team management
  • very good English (min. B2 level)
  • advanced knowledge of Excel
  • very good communication skills
  • focus on details
  • willingness to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
