Job Description / Specifications: Quality MBA / Any Degree 2 years of working in a business environment Exceptional writing and verbal skills Software Skills: Excel Business experience: Managing priorities, self-motivated, and handling transactional activities Any ERP Transaction experience: If they worked in tools like GetPaid or High Radius or even any home-grown tools that would be great. Key Job responsibilities: Work GetPaid email queues and determine the final resolution, which may mean deleting older emails. Advance GetPaid Strategies; Notifying customers via email of suspension since it is a manual step in our process Work through emails to help improve payments Work through collection tickets Other key points: We will need to get PCs and user id’s We will be handling training on the processes we need to implement. We do not expect these people to handle “pure call the customer” collector activities but expect them to engage verbally with team members and potentially customers.
