A Luxury Collection Resort & Spa, Jimbaran, Bali offers 63 keys including 39 guestrooms and 24 villas. Located on a scenic 2-hectare site in Bali’s historic fishing village of Jimbaran, the resort enjoys elevated views of both sunrise and sunset, and is just 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai International Airport. Guests will experience a refined selection of amenities including an all-day dining restaurant, specialty dining, bars, resort pools, a fitness center, and a Luxury Collection Spa. The resort is estimated to open in Q4 2026.
Job Responsibility
Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes
Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash and cash equivalents in accordance with policies and procedures
Record, store, access, and/or analyze computerized financial information
Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data
Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records, using journals, ledgers, and/or computers
Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables
Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified
Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures
Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance (Hospitality background is a plus)
Related Work Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in AR / Finance (Fresh graduate may be considered), familiar with Opera / PMS system (preferred), detail-oriented with strong reconciliation skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel, good communication and interpersonal skills, strong integrity and accountability, able to work independently and in a team
