Job Description:

Our client, a global media company, is looking for an AR Billings and Collections Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully onsite role working out of their office near Hollywood! The successful candidate will possess 4+ years of corporate accounts receivable experience, have knowledge of media billing and sales systems, and the ability to work within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process a high volume of cash payments expected throughout the year
  • Ensure timely revenue recognition and cash collections
  • Verifying accuracy of billing records and applying payments
  • Utilizing various proprietary systems to review incoming payments, payment records, and invoice amounts
  • Provide monthly updates to senior management on again AR status

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business concentration
  • 4+ years of corporate accounts receivable experience
  • Prior experience working in the entertainment industry is required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Media Billing and sales systems
  • SAP & Oracle E1 experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a high volume environment
