Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented AR Admin for a client in Blue Ash within the dynamic Real Estate & Property industry. This contract-to-permanent position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to essential accounting operations, tenant relations, and office administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts receivable and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage rent collection processes and accurately post revenue data in the accounting system
  • Generate and review credit balance reports, applying concessions and open credits in Skyline
  • Record rent payments, deposit checks, and maintain ongoing tracking throughout the month
  • Prepare and distribute monthly billing statements and delinquency/aging report summaries
  • Code invoices in Avid and submit for managerial approval
  • Issue past-due billing statements to tenants, communicate late fees, and process notices as necessary
  • Coordinate tenant relations activities, including newsletters, events, and scheduling appointments
  • Update lease information and charges in Skyline based on renewal agreements
  • Oversee office opening and closing procedures, including ordering supplies and charging tenant accounts for conference room usage
  • Collaborate with legal teams on eviction processes and ensure proper documentation is filed

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related roles
  • Proficiency in Skyline accounting software and familiarity with billing and credit balance processes
  • Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience in generating and analyzing aging and delinquency reports
  • Effective communication skills for tenant interactions and resolving inquiries
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks, including scheduling and office supply orders
  • Familiarity with invoice processing and approval workflows
  • Organized and able to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
