Job Description:

For well established SSC of american manufacturing company, we are looking for an AR Specialist to support Accounts Receivable processes, with a focus on cash application and daily operations. This role is suited for candidates with initial AR experience as well as more experienced specialists. The position involves working in an international, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on process improvement and automation. We are looking for specialists eager to work from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support cash application processes and ensure timely allocation of incoming payments
  • Monitor open items, resolve discrepancies, and support month-end closing activities
  • Handle billing-related activities (invoicing, credit/debit notes, adjustments)
  • Review and reconcile AR accounts, including aged balances
  • Cooperate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Customer Service, Sales, Finance)
  • Support reporting, controls, and audit-related activities
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation within AR
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, especially in cash application / payment allocation
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • SAP knowledge is a strong asset
  • Good command of English - B2/C1
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Availability to work afternoon/evening hours (approx. 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
