Job Description:

To lead and support the Aquatics programme for the leisure facilities, ensuring that we deliver a consistent and good quality front line service to all Brio Leisure customers. Advising Facility Managers on industry initiatives and product development, monitoring, and reporting on aquatics performance, and to drive income generation across all aquatics products and services to meet and/or exceed revenue goals.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide specialist knowledge and oversight on Swim England Learn 2 Swim Scheme and School Curriculum
  • Provide specialist knowledge on NPLQ and Trainer/Assessors
  • Provide specialist knowledge for Swimming Instructor Recruitment and Swim Specific Volunteer Scheme
  • Ensure all internal and external swim teaching programmes are delivered to standards
  • Ensure safe working practices
