To lead and support the Aquatics programme for the leisure facilities, ensuring that we deliver a consistent and good quality front line service to all Brio Leisure customers. Advising Facility Managers on industry initiatives and product development, monitoring, and reporting on aquatics performance, and to drive income generation across all aquatics products and services to meet and/or exceed revenue goals.

Ensure all internal and external swim teaching programmes are delivered to standards
Ensure safe working practices
Identify needs and develop effective schemes for customer retention and new members
Develop partnership links with local swimming clubs
Line Manager responsibility for NPLQ Trainer/Assessors and Aquatics Leads
Organise swimming programmes, events, and activities
Oversee delivery of the Brio Leisure Learn to Swim programme
Assist in marketing, publicity, and promotion
Support Facility Managers in generating new members
Participate in recruitment and induction of swimming instructors
Develop and maintain knowledge of market trends
Assist in monitoring customer statistics and KPIs
Communicate and support operational teams
Advise on maintenance of swimming programme equipment
Ensure appropriate records are in place
Deliver Company training programmes
Plan, review, and implement operational procedures and policies
