Job Description:

The leading agriculture consulting firm in Southeast Asia is looking for an Aquaculture Technician. To support the expansion of our activities in the aquaculture sector in Vietnam, we are looking for a passionate Aquaculture Night Shift Technician to be based at our R&D farm in Can Tho.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting with operations at our RAS R&D farm in Can Tho

Requirements:

  • At least one year in aquaculture, ideally with experience in a commercial aquaculture setting such as a hatchery or fish farm
  • Familiar with fish or shrimp hatchery and nursery operations
  • Ability to work independently
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosis of issues
  • Maintenance and repair of Life Support Systems (LSS) including pumps, filters, air blowers etc
  • Vocational or college degree in aquaculture, biology, or related field
  • Prior experience in aquaculture or fish farming preferred
  • Vietnamese language
  • Basic English is desirable
