Job Description:

The aim of this position is to manage the development of quality activities to obtain reliable products on time with the required quality, manufactured with capable means and processes, using validated suppliers to meet the customer & internal requirements and deadlines. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge applications, develop breakthrough technologies, and deliver innovative solutions to some of the world’s leading automotive brands.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the development of quality activities to obtain reliable products on time with the required quality, manufactured with capable means and processes, using validated suppliers to meet the customer & internal requirements and deadlines
  • Support in obtaining Quality customer specific requirement for each program and assure the proper understanding within the project Team
  • Provide quality support from new products development, using Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework, to close & transfer to Operations
  • Assure that Project Quality Plan is defined in accordance with the customer (timing, AQP requirements, Quality requirements, critical characteristics,…) and flow 4 requirements are completed in a timely manner
  • Interact effectively at all levels, and across all functions to assure proper escalation of issues that can impact flawless launches and PDP gates and actively participate to problem solving process
  • Represent Quality by being the voice for external and internal customers
  • Maintain an up-to-date open project & issues tracking report
  • Identify action items requiring completion to successfully meet deadlines and perform follow-up
  • Assure appropriate AQP communication plan with customer (support, frequency, deliverables,…) and internally
  • Track, and report APQP Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Support the Project Team to complete the customer requested documentation in terms of APQP and provide PPAP document to customer.

Requirements:

  • Engineering or Quality Degree qualification or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of Customers
  • 2+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Certification as Internal Auditor
  • Analytical skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the company, interact effectively at all levels, and across all functions
  • Proficient in data collection, analysis and presentation
  • Working knowledge of quality tools such as SPC / Process Control, MSA ,PPAP PFMEA, Problem Solving / Root Cause Analysis, Poka-Yoke
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft applications
  • Flexibility to travel
  • Ability to communicate in English.
