Job Description:

The AQ Manager is responsible for leading quality assurance activities, customer audits, root cause analysis, quality planning, and managing critical quality issues to meet company targets. The role also involves team management and the implementation of structured problem-solving methodologies, focusing on process and product audits in line with industry standards.

Job Responsibility:

Team Management
Take charge of new project quality planning and management within company target
Lead new project customer audit
Lead customer complaint, root cause analysis, escalate management on critical quality issues
Lead the Cost of Quality Management, to drive continue improvement with structured problem-solving methodology
Other tasks assign by Senior Leader.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant
APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA certification
More than 8 years of working experience in quality assurance and 3~5 years team management as well, automotive experience is preferred
Familiar with TS16949. APQP
Proficient in written and oral English
Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA,8D
Process audit and product audit skills
Familiar with ISO9001, IATF16949
Good communication skill, ownership, leadership, proactive thinking
Good problem solving skill, 6 sigma, Red-X certified is preferred.

Nice to have:

Automotive experience
Red-X certification
