As an APS6 Project Officer, you will provide high-level governance, corporate, and communication support directly to senior leadership, contributing to the delivery of strategic priorities across the branch. Job Responsibility
Executive Support & Governance: Provide high-level corporate and governance support to senior leaders, ensuring effective coordination of branch priorities and deliverables
Secretariat Management: Deliver end-to-end secretariat support for governance forums and executive meetings, including coordinating papers, capturing highly accurate minutes, and tracking actions to completion
High-Quality Briefings: Lead the preparation, coordination, and strict quality assurance of executive briefings, reports, and official correspondence
Strategic Communications: Translate complex or sensitive information into clear, consistent, and audience-appropriate messaging aligned with organisational priorities
Digital Content (SharePoint): Strategically manage and maintain digital content, including building and redesigning SharePoint pages to support organisation-wide communication and change initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage with senior executives and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of key divisional outcomes
