Aps6 Data Analyst

• Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting, including the development of interactive dashboards and data visualisations to support strategic decision-making
• Translate future-state designs into modellable inputs and inform FTE forecasts segmented by role, time, and location
• Coordinate and assist in strategic planning, program management, and policy development within a complex operational environment
• Provide guidance for business analysis functions, setting priorities and managing workflows to ensure project alignment with agency objectives
• Negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to manage change processes and minimise resistance during organisational transitions

• Strong experience in data analysis is essential
• Power Query experience being highly desirable
• Ability to apply advanced technical and numerical methods to resolve complex issues and assess risks
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement and work under limited direction to resolve issues in a legislative-governed environment
• Excellent relationship management skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and external consultants
• An understanding of the disability, health, or allied health sectors is considered a significant advantage
