Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage a team of technical analysts, setting clear expectations, managing performance, and developing technical capability
Coordinate the design, build, and validation of forward-looking operational reporting and projection products
Communicate complex analytical insights and risks to Senior Executives and the CEO to support informed decision-making
Set standards for analytical rigour, data integrity, and governance while driving continuous improvement in reporting processes
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience managing teams of technical specialists in high-pressure environments
Proven capability in data validation, assurance, and interpretation
Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in writing/troubleshooting SAS/SQL
Ability to make sound decisions on analytical approaches, assumptions, and trade-offs in ambiguous contexts
Demonstrated ability in design, build, validation and quality assurance of projection and scenario‑based reporting products
Highly developed skills in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Australian Citizenship required

Ability to apply structured methodologies to ensure analytical projects are delivered on time and within scope
