Aps5 Publishing Officer

• Web Content Publishing: Lead and streamline content publishing across multiple digital assets and websites based on user experience and accessibility principles
• System & Workflow Management: Administer and manage team inbox requests and correspondence utilizing Jira Service Desk
• Data-Driven Insights: Review and analyse website data to inform content placement, choice of channels, and overall usefulness for end-users
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Manage internal stakeholder relationships collaboratively while coordinating competing requests and demands

• CMS Expertise: Demonstrated experience working with Drupal CMS to publish high-quality web content
• Web Standards: Deep understanding of website functionality, technical terminology, digital accessibility, and current WCAG standards
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Stakeholder Management: Sound stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
• Inclusive Mindset: A positive contemporary attitude to disability, someone who will champion the needs of our audience, using evidence-based data to inform decisions
• Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in marketing, public relations, communications, or related disciplines are preferred
• Industry Background: Previous government, healthcare, insurance, or not-for-profit experience is preferred
