Job Responsibility

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare high-quality, accurate written materials such as briefs, reports, and correspondence, translating complex info into clear insights
Process & Compliance: Perform complex procedural tasks aligned with legislative, policy, and compliance frameworks while identifying process improvement opportunities
Digital Communications: Use SharePoint and other digital platforms to develop, manage, and disseminate content, ensuring seamless information sharing across the region
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively liaise with diverse stakeholders to gather information, provide project updates, and progress operational tasks
Requirements
Governance Expertise: Proven experience providing governance, compliance, or secretariat support within a government department or large, complex organisation
Top-Tier Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for tailoring information to suit different audiences
