Job Responsibility
Assisting in project management and coordination by monitoring deliverables, maintaining project schedules, and utilising project and task management tools
Performing various administrative and operational support tasks
Undertaking research to inform project activities
Drafting written materials such as briefs, reports, and presentations
Supporting monitoring and evaluation activities
Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
Managing project risks or issues
Requirements
Ability to apply project management methodologies to plan, monitor, and deliver work within set timeframes and outcomes
Ability to use computer and software applications, including Microsoft Office and the NDIA's business applications, such as their client records management (CRM) system
Must be able to communicate information clearly and concisely through written briefs, reports, and presentations on moderately complex matters
Success requires using professional judgement to make decisions within defined parameters, identify problems, and establish treatments to mitigate risks
Must be able to build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
