Job Responsibility:
Project Support: Managing initiatives with minimal supervision to hit deadlines and quality benchmarks
Data & Insights: Managing data across systems to ensure integrity and translating complex data into clear reports and presentations
Change Management: Supporting staff through transitions by contributing to training, workshops, and communication strategies
Communication: Developing and maintaining guidance materials and tracking the effectiveness of messaging across the agency
Stakeholder Engagement: Building collaborative relationships to resolve routine issues and progress operational tasks
Requirements:
Australian Citizenship is Mandatory
Strong Communication skills - Written and Verbal
High Competency in MS office Suite
JIRA or Salesforce
Government experience is highly desirable
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data into actionable recommendations
Technical Proficiency: Experience using digital platforms and SharePoint for document management and information sharing
Adaptability: Capability to manage competing priorities and balance shifting demands during periods of change
